A new grocery store! Grand Market!
I was looking for jobs today and I found out a new grocery store is opening around the corner for me. This will be the 5th grocery store within 4 blocks of my apartment. It's called Grand Market and it's at 247 Graham Ave, at the corner of Maujer.
The worst ad I saw required a college degree to work at the front desk of dog daycare. That's the type of job that experience could definitely more than make up for a college degree.
Or maybe the worst was the ad today for a backend developer that needed a degree and 1-3 years experience. They'd pay you $1250 for the first month.
$1250 "for the first month" which I assume is full time because it has a LOT of job responsibilities. After the first month, you might be offered a real job.
I like how they are supposed to be experienced. It doesn't seem like it'd be too hard to train someone to do that.
